Belonging, Being and Becoming: The Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

This is our key curriculum document that forms the basis for our planning, assessment and reporting on children's learning. As a national framework, you will find it used in all childcare centres and kindergartens. Child Protection Curriculum

Developed by the SA Department of Education and Children's Services, 'Keeping Safe: The Child Protection Curriculum is the document we used as the foundation for our Term 2 curriculum. The document provides a comprehensive overview of the langauge, activities and sequence of topics that are necessary to explore the idea of 'keeping safe' with young children, and contains resources and support documents for families. For families from non-English speaking backgrounds, there is information available in a limited number of languages here.
